As costs continue to skyrocket, Iowa is not keeping up.

  • Iowa is ranked dead last in the nation for economic growth.

  • Families are paying more to cover the cost of tariffs. 

  • In just a year, Iowa's unemployment rate has climbed to 3.7 percent, leaving 65,000 Iowans out of work.

  • To top it all off, a new analysis warned Iowa is at a high risk of entering -- or already in -- a recession.

Our public education system is falling behind, and our children are feeling the impact.

  • In less than a decade, Iowa has dropped 15 spots in public education in the nation. 

  • Our students' math scores are declining, and Iowa ranks near the bottom nationally in both reading and math.

healthcare is worsening.

Our healthcare access is declining and Iowans are getting sicker.

  • Iowa ranks 44th in the nation for physicians per capita, 50th in the nation for OB-GYNs per capita, 48th in the nation for hospital safety, and 50th in the nation for psychiatric beds.

  • ​At the same time, Iowa ranks first in the nation for cancer growth.

IOWA deserves better.
